You are unique, you have your own pattern of thinking. You have a preferred strategy mix for your decisions. However, You and You@Work may think they are not often in balance.
When we work cooperatively, we naturally seek equilibrium. We adopt new strategies and skills and patterns of thinking with the goal of improving how we work with others. This is intended to be positive and essential for health and growth.
However, not all our interactions with people are positive. Humans will adapt in anyway necessary for survival, even when those adaptations are NOT optimal for our health and growth. Some forced, incompatible adaptations can even result in irrational strategies. These adaptations, positive and negative, can build up into imbalance between how we think and make decisions as an individual and how we think and make decisions when interacting with others.
We use HUMI as a comparison to identify your personal improvement plan, to become better aligned and a plan to continue to grow and thrive in equilibrium.
